Your Sherwood Park ACT filled 34 boxes of food and collected about $1,300 in cash donations to support the Strathcona Food Bank and their 2026 Longest Day Food Drive!
An enthusiastic group of volunteers, led by President Keith, spent the day at the Wye Road Save-on Foods talking to shoppers about the 200% increase the Food Bank has experienced in the last year and asking people to consider supporting the food drive.
The Management and staff at Save-on created food hampers, based on the shoppng lists created by the Food Bank and kept products easy to find in the store.
